If we do not deliver at least 15 qualified appointments within the first 90 days of your campaign, we will continue to manage your system and provide our services at no additional management cost until the 15-appointment goal is achieved. Because we invest significant time and resources into your custom AI build-out, all setup fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or services.

AirMind AI LLC offers an SMS messaging program for appointment-related notifications and optional marketing communications.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from AirMind AI LLC, we will send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and service notifications related to scheduled strategy calls. You may also opt in to receive marketing messages such as special offers, discounts, and service updates.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box(es) on our booking form, you consent to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 913-456-6159. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
